General Issues

Yes, you can cancel the download by swiping the Audio to the LEFT and pressing "Delete".

Yes, you can download Audio and play them by navigating to More > Saved Audio section of the App.

Note: If the Audio you are downloading is a part of a Playlist then the audio will still be streamed via Internet.

Yes, you will get a notification as soon your Guest clicks on the shared link.

Subscription & App Functioning

When upgrading from one package to another there are 2 steps.

  1. Cancelling the current subscription.
  2. Signing up for new package.

Step 1 requires complete cancellation by cancelling recurring transactions in PayPal. We suspect that this step wasn't completely done resulting in your account being charged.

We had few instances like these and found that it is quicker if you raise a request with PayPal to cancel your old subscription payments(There should be a PayPal Transaction ID that you need to quote when calling PayPal.)

No, you will not be charged for sharing Prospecting Audio Tracks.

Monthly Credits are assigned based on the package selected.

  1. Credits are reset every month on the day of first registration. E.g. if the subscription was registered on 17th Dec 16 then the next reset will occur on 17th of Jan 17.
  2. If for any reason Paypal transaction is suspended or cancelled the credits will not be reset until the payment goes through successfully.

Users who paid for the yearly subscription in the beginning of the year and now want to cancel must follow the instruction below.

  1. Email the support team with the following information at support@team1global.com.au
    1. Username
    2. Full Name
    3. IBO number
    4. Package Subscribed
    5. Contact Details
    6. Bank Details – for processing refund
  2. Once the support team receives a cancellation request, the balance amount is calculated and refund process is initiated.
  3. Account will be de-activated.

To upgrade a package, first you should cancel the current package by following the instructions below.

Logon to Website using your current login credentials.

  1. Goto "Upgrade Package" menu on the top.
  2. Click on "Unsubscribe" button.
  3. Website will prompt you to logon to Paypal.
  4. Login with the Paypal account used to subscribe and follow the next steps to complete cancelling the "Paypal" transaction.
  5. Logout of the website.
Note: If you have subscribed the package with an initial offer then please reach out to us at support@team1global.com.au
Once successfully cancelled, you need to subscribe for the new package.
To subscribe a new package.

 Logon to Website using your current login credentials.

  1. Goto "Upgrade Package" menu on the top.
  2. Select the package you want.
  3. Website will prompt you to logon to Paypal.
  4. Login with the Paypal account and follow the next steps to complete the "Paypal" transaction.
  5. Logout of the website.

2. Select "subscription" form the drop down list on the top-right corner of the profile
3. Click on the "cancel"
4. Once done you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
You can also call the PayPal and get your subscription cancelled.

Profile Settings

Currently we do not allow IBOs to update upline Platinum info. Kindly email us on support@team1global.com.au and we will update it.

Username is unique to an IBO. Hence it cannot be updated.

To update profile, you need to logon on to website and follow the instructions below.

  1. Goto "Account Info" on the top.
  2. Click on the "Edit" tab and update the information.
  3. Once done click on "Save Changes" button.
