General Issues

Yes, you can cancel the download by swiping the Audio to the LEFT and pressing “Delete”.

Yes, you can download Audio and play them by navigating to More > Saved Audio section of the App.

Note: If the Audio you are downloading is a part of a Playlist then the audio will still be streamed via Internet.

Yes, you will get a notification as soon your Guest clicks on the shared link.

Note: Link will expire once clicked.

Profile Settings

Currently we do not allow IBOs to update upline Platinum info. Kindly email us on support@team1global.com.au and we will update it.

Username is unique to an IBO. Hence it cannot be updated.

To update profile, you need to logon on to website and follow the instructions below.

  1. Goto “Account Info” on the top.
  2. Click on the “Edit” tab and update the information.
  3. Once done click on “Save Changes” button.
